Deviled Egg Salad
Makes a great side dish or sandwich. I usually make this when I have some fresh dill available.
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill relish
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
10 hard-boiled eggs, peeled (6 coarsely chopped and 4 sliced)
Preparation
In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, relish, mustard, dill weed, sugar, garlic salt, and white pepper.
Stir in chopped eggs until well coated, then gently fold in sliced eggs.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
