Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-4 pounds) chuck roast

  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 small jar pepperoncini peppers with juice

Prepration

  1. Rince and place roast in crocpot, pour in peppers, sprinkle ranch and au jus over roast, add butter.

  2. Place lid on crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender and can be pulled apart with a fork.

  3. Serve over mashed potatoes
