Lemon & Honey Glazed Salmon
A very simple recipe for two. It works great when served with rice, roasted potatoes, or lemon pepper roasted asparagus.
I also like it with also with lemon or lime cilantro rice.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skinless (about 1/2 pound)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 Lemons sliced +1/4 juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp Paprika
Chopped parsley
Preparation
Mix Garlic powder, a small squeeze of lemon juice, honey, mustard, oil, and paprika in a small bowl to make the sauce.
Cover the bottom of a glass baking dish with the lemon slices.
Place the salmon fillets on top.
Brush the sauce on the salmon keeping 1/3 of the sauce on a for later.
Bake at 400F for 10 mins
Remove from the oven and brush the remaining sauce on top of the salmon.
Continue baking for another 5 to 7 minutes
Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve.
